This year, for the first time ever, local artists, creatives, and dreamers are invited to showcase their wildest imaginations in the form of mobile art vehicles. From a bicycle fashioned with giant butterfly wings to a golf cart transformed into an alligator, or even a car enthusiast's ultimate creation, the cARTs entries promise to be a visual delight for all ages. Each entry will be judged on creativity, execution, performance, and artistic achievement, with cash prizes awarded to the top contenders. But there’s a twist—every entry must incorporate lights to highlight its design, ensuring that it truly “dazzles” the audience as it rolls down the parade route.
