It’s best to come up early to park, explore Uptown and grab your spot on the curb before 5:30! The parade will be happening rain or shine.

Parking

There are several parking decks along the route. Try this link for a map of options in Uptown, Charotte. 

Public transportation

There are 3 light rail stations along the parade route. At the beginning of the route, there is 7th Street station (right next to the Market at 7th Street), the Middle is CTC/Arena, and the end of the route/VIP seating is 3rd St./Convention Center. 

The parade route is approximately 1 mile long. The Thanksgiving Eve Parade will take place along Tryon Street beginning at 9th Street and ending at Good Samaritan Way. 

The parade will step off at 5:30 PM and will end around 8:00 PM.

If you purchased a reserved seat along the parade route, those seats will be located between East Brooklyn Village Ave and M.L.K. Jr. Blvd.
