The Novant Health Thanksgiving Eve Parade is a free event. Spectators are encouraged to line Tryon Street from 9th Street to Brooklyn Village Ave. However, if you wish to reserve a seat that will be ready for you upon arrival, you may purchase VIP tickets.

This year, the Novant Health Thanksgiving Eve Parade will light up the night, stepping off on Thanksgiving Eve - Wednesday, November 26, on Tryon Street in Uptown Charlotte. The parade will begin at 5:45 p.m. on Tryon Street and air live on WCCB Charlotte's CW at 6:00 p.m.
VIP Seating

Leave the chairs at home and reserve your seat at the parade in our VIP section!
The VIP seating area will line Tryon Street from Brooklyn Village Ave to Good Samaritan Way. VIP ticket holders will receive a guaranteed bleacher seat in the performance viewing area. Within your bleacher section, the seats are first-come, first-served.
Kids 2 and under are FREE and don't require a ticket but must be sitting in a guardian's lap.
Cookies with Santa
$25
Get into the holiday spirit before the parade! Join us at the Market at 7th Street from 3–5 p.m. for Cookies with Santa. Each ticket includes a cookie, hot cocoa, and a photo opportunity with Santa Claus. Only those receiving a cookie and photo need a ticket.
NOTE: For a reserved seat in our Novant Health Thanksgiving Eve Parade VIP section, a VIP ticket must be purchased separately.
